Still unsure? That is what the first conversation is for.
The right answer depends on the condition of the property and the work involved. These answers are a useful orientation, not a substitute for an assessment.
How do I know if I need a roof repair or replacement?
A leak or isolated visible issue may call for a repair, while broader wear or damage may point toward replacement. Because one symptom does not show the full condition, an assessment is often the best way to understand the options.
What shingle options are available?
AdaptiBuild is a certified installer for Owens Corning, BP, and IKO roofing systems. Owens Corning is the preferred option we feature, with BP and IKO also available to discuss for the project.
What siding options do you work with?
AdaptiBuild works with Hardie board, Allura, and vinyl siding, with Kaycan as the primary vinyl option. We can talk through the material, profile, and finish in relation to the property and the scope.
What do gutters, soffit, and fascia each do?
Gutters help direct roof runoff away from the building. Fascia is part of the finished roof edge, while soffit is the underside detail at the overhang. They meet around the same roofline and may need to be considered together.
What should I do after storm damage?
Stay clear of anything unsafe and only document what you can safely see. Note when the event happened, take ground-level photos if appropriate, and share which exterior areas appear affected.
Can you work with an insurance adjuster or restoration firm?
Yes. AdaptiBuild can coordinate on the exterior scope with an insurance adjuster or restoration firm already involved, share useful project details, and complete the exterior work that is agreed and ready to proceed. Insurance approval is decided by the insurer and cannot be guaranteed.
How do I request a quote?
Use the SkyQuote form linked on this page or the main site quote CTA. Share what you are noticing, the work you are considering, and any storm or restoration details that may help frame the conversation.
